Soo Locks Report Released - GSGP/Axia Institute

Today, GSGP and Michigan State University’s Axia Institute released a report titled “Potential Impact of Digital Technology Solutions on the new Soo Lock.” This paper explores what effect technologies like hands-free mooring, vessel traffic management, one-way locking, and others could have on the efficiency of what will be the system’s first dual-lock system.
