Governors call on Congress to provide full federal funding for the Brandon Road Lock and Dam Project

October 13, 2023: In a letter to the Chairs and Ranking Members of the U.S. Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works and the U.S. House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, the Governors of the eight Great Lakes States have called on the U.S. Congress to provide full federal funding in the 2024 Water Resources Reform and Development Act for the remaining costs of the Brandon Road Lock and Dam project.
